At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator to work with Geodis in Mount Juliet. This role is responsible for safely receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials and products according to company and customer guidelines. You will operate Yale Reach Truck and Dock Stocker forklifts to efficiently move, stack, and stage products throughout the warehouse.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Dock Stocker forklift
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck forklift
• Ability to safely operate equipment at elevated heights
• Ability to use RF scanners or learn warehouse inventory systems
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies

Desirable Requirements for Double Reach Truck Forklift Operator

• Experience operating Yale-brand forklifts
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems
• Experience loading and unloading trailers
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety record
